Carrier Completes Sale of Riello to Ariston Group

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., July 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, today announced it has completed the sale of its Riello business to Ariston Group for gross proceeds of approximately $440 million.
